Our CHIP & ENDURE class combines a variety of exercises to challenge your stamina. This unique format will challenge you to complete a series of exercises sequentially, aiming to accumulate a high volume of work.

With options for all fitness levels, this class will test and provide clear improvements in aerobic fitness.

POWERHOUSE SPLIT

CHOOSE YOUR OWN JOURNEY -Increase your strength and power with our high-intensity barbell class. Combine Olympic lifts with functional movements to challenge yourself and achieve your fitness goals.

SPLIT LIFT & HIIT

FULL BODY LIFT & HIIT, the ultimate fusion of strength and high-intensity interval training taking your body composition to the next level.

Our full-body sessions will help you build muscle, burn fat, and improve your cardiovascular fitness.

This is a great session if you are limited on time and cannot make our Strength Evolution sessions throughout the week.

SQUAD CULTURE

Saturdays are all about SQUAD CULTURE & COMMUNITY!

Join our Saturday team workouts for a fun and challenging group fitness experience. We combine strength, endurance,and HIIT to help you reach your fitness goals.

Our sessions are packed with challenges achieving max meters or calories on cardio machines and various team-based AMRAPS or score based WODs.

Embrace the power of community and culture as we come together to motivate, support, and push each other to the limits in this empowering and collaborative setting.

RECOVERY & MOBILITY

Your ultimate recovery to help reduce injuries, increase your performance and improve mobility.

HYROX

The Hyrox conditioning is meticulously designed to seamlessly integrate extended cardiovascular exercises with a strong focus on conditioning to prepare our athletes for HYROX.

Commencing with an effective mobility warm-up, participants will then transition into a 30-45 minute workout where the goal is to stress the engine & hold pace.

This session is also perfect for anyone looking to add an extra conditioning element to their weekly routine or for those with lower endurance fitness seeking to enhance their overall fitness.

Our 6-12 week cycles focus on mastering various lifts like Clean, Clean & Jerk, Split Jerk, Power Snatch, and Snatch.

We offer two distinct options to suit your needs:

  • OLY CLUB is designed for beginners, providing a comprehensive breakdown and step-by-step progression of Olympic lifts to ensure correct technique and work on the basics of some gymnastics exercises.

  • OLY CLUB+ for the more advanced lifters (for those looking to refine their techniques and progress.
